Hi! My name is Hali and I have been practicing Massage Therapy since August 2018. As a practitioner, I customize each session to fit your body’s needs at the time of your appointment. I am trained in Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and other Neuromuscular Bodywork techniques. I am also a Reiki Master and Sound Therapy Practitioner. It is my belief that the body is able to heal itself, and my work is to help it along lovingly. I am always accepting new clients, and have a special interest in working with people who have anxiety disorders, dementia, PTSD, and other chronic pain disorders.
